- The postcode that counts is the one of the place where you actually work, not your employer’s office.
- Weekends count if they fall inside your period of full-time work.
- The work must be paid at the legal rate; only disaster recovery work can be volunteer.
- 417: farm work, fishing and pearling, tree work, mining and construction in regional Australia; tourism and hospitality in Northern and Remote Australia.
- 462: farm work and construction in Northern and regional Australia; fishing, pearling and tree work in Northern Australia only; no mining; tourism and hospitality in Northern and Remote Australia.
