The whole Northern Territory counts for your second and third year visa, and it is Northern Australia, so tourism and hospitality jobs count too. Mangoes, melons and vegetables in the Top End, and lots of work in pubs, roadhouses and tours.
The NT is fully regional and Northern Australia. For the 417: farm work, fishing, tree farming, mining, construction, and tourism and hospitality all count everywhere in the NT. For the 462: the same, except mining. Even work in Darwin counts.
