Account Deletion

To delete your WikiFarms Australia account:

Please follow these steps to remove your account and associated personal data from our system:

  1. Open the WikiFarms Australia app on your device.
  2. Tap on the “User” icon located at the bottom of the screen, highlighted with a red arrow in the image above.
  3. In the “My account” section, click on the “DELETE MY ACCOUNT” button.

To delete account

By selecting “DELETE MY ACCOUNT,” you will initiate the process to permanently delete your username and email address from our database. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.

Data Deletion:

The following data will be removed from our servers upon account deletion:

  • Username
  • Email address

Please note that for security and verification purposes, deletion requests may take a few days to process. If you have any concerns or require assistance, do not hesitate to contact our support team at info.wikifarms@gmail.com

Data Retention:

We respect your privacy and autonomy. Once your account has been deleted, we do not retain any user data. All personal information associated with your account is permanently removed from our servers in accordance with privacy laws and regulations.
